While Enjoying the Journey with "Miles to Go"

Country singer/songwriter and Canadian Billboards charter Rod Black recently released his new single, “Miles to Go” to iTunes (download HERE), Spotify and Apple Music.

The gritty and heartfelt single not only showcases Black’s raw "country with a kick" vocals, but also his natural talent to connect with his audience. With lyrics like “This life was made for learnin’ and I still got miles to go,” listeners are bound to relate to the song.

RB teamed up with a powerhouse lineup, including Rich Redmond (Jason Aldean) Jim Cooley (Parmalee) on "Miles to Go," along with Jeff Johnson (George Canyon, Wes Mack, Small Town Pistols) as well as writer Jimmy Thow(Sons of Daughters) & Producer/writer Eric Varnell (Colt Ford, Smithfield)on his upcoming new country rock anthem, "Rock The Country," available on iTunes soon!!!

Former Island/DefJam recording artist Rod Black grew up on the classics - from Southern Rock Pioneers Lynyrd Skynyrd, to the original outlaws: Willie Nelson, Waylon Jennings and Mr. Johnny Cash.

His first radio single "Keepin On" hit Top #20 on Canadian country billboards and left him with a notch in his belt for his performance at 2015 Merritt’s Rockin' River Fest, joining a legendary lineup of national acts, including Lady Antebellum, Dierks Bentley, Chris Young, Big & Rich and Dallas Smith, to name a few. His performance earned him another big stage appearance at RRF in 2016.

RB is currently in the studio - writing and recording songs for the upcoming 2017 EP.
